How we're giving back
One of our core values is ‘grow together,’ so Team A&M all have paid volunteering days to support others and give back to the community. Some of us have spent ours visiting the Baytree Centre in Brixton helping out, from painting and decorating to hosting workshops.
Every Christmas, Team A&M donate Christmas gifts to the girls to brighten their December. We donate presents for them to unbox during the festive season (because every year deserves something sparkling).
Every year, we host a group of the Baytree Centre in the office, where each department introduces them to their roles. Think designing a new collection with the Product Team, planning our new campaign with the Marketing Team, or brand values sessions with the People Experience Team.
