How does it work?

Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later. Once you’ve placed your order using Klarna, you will have two options. You either choose to pay within 30 days or pay in 3 payments to spread the cost.

You’ll receive an email from them within 2 days with payment instructions, you will also receive your usual Astrid & Miyu confirmation email. You’ll then have 30 days to complete the payment online if you choose the 30 day option. If you choose to spread your cost across 3 payments, you have your first instalment paid on the day you order, followed by an instalment at 30 days and a final instalment at 60 days. *This is only eligible in the UK.

1. At checkout, select Klarna as your payment option and continue


2 . Enter simple information and know instantly if your purchase has been accepted


3 . Receive a confirmation email outlining your purchase, due date(s), and other useful information

Are you returning items?

Your Klarna invoice will be emailed to you by Klarna as soon as your order has been shipped. Your invoice period will be shown on your invoice.


Your right to return items isn’t affected by the payment period, and you’ll only have to pay for the items that you keep.


If you’ve returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, and the date that your payment is due is near, we’d recommend that you mark the item as returned in the Klarna portal here.


We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Once your return has been completed by Astrid & Miyu, you’ll get an updated invoice from Klarna.


You’ll receive your refund from Klarna within 5-7 working days to your chosen account.
